Donatella’s Cannoli Supreme Dessert Martini

INGREDIENTS

For The Cannoli

6–8 Small cannoli shells
16 oz. Galbani® Ricotta Supreme
½ cup Mini coffee chocolate pearls
¾ cup Confectioners’ sugar, plus more for garnish
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
1 Lemon, zested
1 Orange, zested
2 tbsp. Mini coffee chocolate pearls, for garnish
   

For The Espresso Martini

AmountIngredient
5 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
4 oz. Espresso Coffee (hot)
   

METHOD

For the Cannoli

  1. Combine Ricotta, pearls, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and zest, until fully blended.
     
  2. Place mixture into piping bag and refrigerate for 2 hours minimum.
     
  3. Pipe cream into cannoli shells and garnish with confectioners’ sugar and mini pearls.
     

For the Espresso Martini

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
     
  2. Add cannoli on edge of glass.
