Galbani® Lookin’ Sharp Bacon Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 Pizza dough, 10–12” round
6 slices Applewood smoked bacon, thick-cut, chopped
1 cup Galbani Premio Mozzarella, shredded
1 cup Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar, shredded
  Extra virgin olive oil
  Ranch dressing
  Jalapeños, thinly sliced
  Garlic chives, chopped
   

METHOD

  1. Roll out dough into desired shape and thickness on lightly floured surface.

  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until halfway cooked. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

  3. Brush dough with a thin layer of olive oil.

  4. Spread ranch dressing evenly over dough, leaving a small border around the
    edges.

  5. Sprinkle Mozzarella and Cheddar over the ranch dressing. Top with bacon and jalapeños.

  6. Bake pizza for 10–12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown, cheese is melted and bubbly, and bacon is crispy.

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chives.

  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
