Black Diamond® Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breasts
||Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
||Black Diamond Cheddar, cut into cubes
||Sage leaves, stems removed
||Prosciutto slices, thin
- Cut an opening in the thickest part of each chicken breast. Stuff each with 1 ounce of cheese and two sage leaves.
- Season each chicken breast with fresh ground pepper. Wrap each with two slices of prosciutto.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet on medium-high. Add oil and chicken breasts, cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Slice and serve with arugula salad.
