Black Diamond® Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Serves 4


4 Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
4 oz. Black Diamond Cheddar, cut into cubes
8 Sage leaves, stems removed
8 Prosciutto slices, thin
4 tbsp. Olive oil
  Ground pepper


  1. Cut an opening in the thickest part of each chicken breast. Stuff each with 1 ounce of cheese and two sage leaves.
  2. Season each chicken breast with fresh ground pepper. Wrap each with two slices of prosciutto.
  3. Heat a large non-stick skillet on medium-high. Add oil and chicken breasts, cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Slice and serve with arugula salad.
