Cheddar Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Cheddar and Roast Beef Sandwich

Amount	Ingredient
4	Sourdough bread slices
1 lb.	Roast beef, rare
4 oz.	Black Diamond Cheddar slices
4 tbsp.	Mayonnaise
2 sprigs	Horseradish, prepared
	Lettuce
	Tomato, sliced
	Salt and pepper

Mix mayonnaise and horseradish together and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Assemble sandwiches with 2 tablespoons of sauce per sandwich. Then, add lettuce, tomato, roast beef, and cheese.

Select Cheese
