PRÉSIDENT® DON BERNARDO® MANCHEGO CHEESE CHORIZO AND KALE PIZZA
Makes 1 Pizza
INGREDIENTS

Pizza crust
½ cup
Extra virgin olive oil
12 oz.
Stewed Italian tomatoes
1 cup
Président Don Bernardo Manchego cheese, shredded
3 oz.
Spanish chorizo, sliced thin
1 cup
Baby kale
1 tbsp.
Sherry vinegar
Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
METHOD
Brush 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil around the edge of the pizza crust.
Top crust with stewed Italian tomatoes, a layer of shredded Président Don Bernardo Manchego (reserving a little for garnish), and then add chorizo—all evenly distributed across the crust.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 12–15 minutes or until crust is cooked through.
Mix baby kale, vinegar, remaining extra virgin olive oil, and kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
When pizza comes out of the oven, garnish with kale salad and reserved Manchego cheese.
