Baked Potato with Président® Creamy Brie

Prep time: 15 min. | Cook time: 50 min. | Serves: 3-4


4 cartons Idaho Russet Potatoes (90 count size)
1 tbsp. Bacon grease
1 tsp. per potato Chopped bacon (optional)
1 tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 tbsp. Cracked Black Pepper
2 tbsp. Chopped scallions
2 cups Président Creamy Brie



  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees and line a half-sheet pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  3. Rub potatoes with bacon grease and season with salt and pepper. Place the potatoes on the sheet pan and bake at 425 degrees until fork tender, roughly 30 to 45 minutes.
  4. Remove, split the potatoes open, and spoon 3 tbsp. of Président Creamy Brie inside. Place back in oven for 5 minutes to heat cheese. Remove and sprinkle with chopped scallions and bacon, serve.
