Galbani® Grilled Dessert Pizza

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Galbani Whole Milk Ricotta
1 14-in. to 16-in. pizza crust, fully baked
4 cups Assorted berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
¼ cup Fresh mint leaves
¼ cup Fresh thyme leaves
  Olive oil, for brushing
  Powdered sugar, for dusting

METHOD

  1. Brush olive oil on both sides of pizza crust. Grill crust on medium-high heat for about 60 seconds per side to create grill marks. Remove from heat.

  2. Spread Ricotta evenly over grilled pizza crust.

  3. Sprinkle with assorted berries.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint and thyme leaves.

  5. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into slices.
