Galbani® Mozzarella Monkey Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. Pizza dough
4 Butter
2–3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup Garlic, finely chopped
½ cup Parsley, finely chopped
½ tsp. Kosher salt 
½ tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
⅓ cup Galbani Parmesan, grated
¾ cup Galbani Premio Mozzarella, shredded
  Marinara sauce, optional for garnish
   

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
     
  2. On a well-floured surface, separate pizza dough into small, bite-sized portions. Using your hands, smooth the portions into round balls.
     
  3. In a pan, on very low heat, melt butter, add oil and garlic, and let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and place garlic butter in bowl, then add parsley, salt, and pepper.
     
  4. Add the pizza dough balls to butter mixture. Toss them well, so they are all coated with garlic butter.
     
  5. Transfer dough balls to an oven-safe skillet, preferably a cast-iron skillet. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 25 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce, if desired.
