Galbani® Height-of-Fresh Cheese Plate

INGREDIENTS

3–4 slices Prosciutto di Parma, thinly cut
4–6 slices Jamón Serrano
3–4 slices Galbani Thin Sliced Fresh Mozzarella
¼ cup Galbani Fresh Mozzarella Ciliegine
½ cup Galbani Gorgonzola, crumbled
   

ACCOMPANIMENTS & GARNISH

3–4 Figs, halved
½ cup Cherry tomatoes, mixed colors
¼ cup Pistachios, shelled, lightly crushed
¼ cup Walnuts, whole
6–8 slices Crostini, lightly toasted
¼ cup Honey
   

ARRANGING YOUR PLATE

  1. Choose a large wooden board or a serving platter as your base.

  2. Fold and hang the prosciutto from a vertical display with clips or a dowel, as pictured.

  3. Neatly arrange the jamón along the bottom of the board.

  4. Place the Fresh Mozzarella slices in a visually appealing manner, either hung or fanned out on the board.

  5. Arrange the Ciliegine in a small bowl on the board.

  6. Place the Gorgonzola in a separate area of the board.

  7. Scatter the figs and cherry tomatoes around the board.

  8. Add small piles of pistachios and walnuts in different sections.

  9. Arrange the crostini in a basket or neatly on the board.

  10. Place a small jar or bowl of honey on the board for drizzling.

  11. Serve with small plates and utensils.
