Bacon Burger with Président® Creamy Brie
Serves 1 burger
Ingredients
- 1 Brioche Bun
- 8 oz. Ground Beef Patty
- 2 oz. Président Creamy Brie
- As needed - Romaine Lettuce
- As needed - Mushrooms, seared
- As needed - Caramelized Onions
- As needed - Roasted Peppers, mixed
- 1 oz. Peppered Bacon
- As needed - Montreal Steak Seasoning
- As needed - Président Butter
- As needed - Tomato Slice
- Bamboo Stick
Method
- Caramelize onions, sear mushrooms.
- Roast red, yellow and green peppers, and slice into thick strips. Set aside with onions and mushrooms.
- Pre-heat grill, patty burger, and season with Montreal steak seasoning. Set aside.
- Place burger on grill, cook for three to four minutes and flip. Continue cooking to desired temperature. Butter insides of bun and toast on griddle or grill.
- To build, spread Président Creamy Brie on inside of bun, lay lettuce on bun base, followed by tomato, bacon, burger, mushrooms, onions, Creamy Brie, roasted peppers. Spread a little bit of Creamy Brie on inside of top bun and place on top. Place the bamboo stick in the middle and serve.
