Roast red, yellow and green peppers, and slice into thick strips. Set aside with onions and mushrooms.
Pre-heat grill, patty burger, and season with Montreal steak seasoning. Set aside.
Place burger on grill, cook for three to four minutes and flip. Continue cooking to desired temperature. Butter insides of bun and toast on griddle or grill.
To build, spread Président Creamy Brie on inside of bun, lay lettuce on bun base, followed by tomato, bacon, burger, mushrooms, onions, Creamy Brie, roasted peppers. Spread a little bit of Creamy Brie on inside of top bun and place on top. Place the bamboo stick in the middle and serve.
