Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
| 8 slices | Pullman loaf |
| 16 tbsp. | Basil pesto |
| 2 cups | Strawberries, sliced |
| 3 cups | Chicken, poached, shredded |
| ½ cup | Sliced almonds, toasted |
| ½ lb. | Président® Brie, sliced ¼” thick |
| 1 cup | Mayonnaise |
METHOD

Spread 1 tablespoon of the basil pesto on each slice of the Pullman bread.

Cover 4 slices of bread with the strawberries, followed by the poached chicken, almonds, and Brie. Top with remaining bread.

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each side of the sandwiches and cook in a sauté pan on medium heat until browned on both sides.
