Président® Brie Baked Egg Cups
Serves 6

INGREDIENTS
| 1 lb. | Ham, sliced thin |
| 6 oz. | Président Brie, diced into ¼” cubes |
| 10 | Eggs |
| ½ cup | Asparagus, cooked & diced |
| ½ cup | Red pepper, diced |
| Nonstick cooking spray | |
| Kosher salt, to taste | |
| Freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
METHOD

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Place individual ham slices over each muffin cup and gently press down in the middle until a cup shape forms.

At the bottom of each ham cup, add 3–4 cubes of Brie.

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs together. Stir in diced asparagus, red pepper, and salt and pepper, to taste.

Add about 2 tablespoons of egg mixture into each ham cup.

Bake in oven for about 18–20 minutes.

Remove from oven and use a fork to gently remove each ham cup, and serve.
