Président® Berry Nutty Brie Stacks

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

8 slices Sourdough bread, ½” slices
4 tbsp. Butter, melted
4 tbsp. Chocolate hazelnut spread
4 tbsp. Hazelnuts, toasted & chopped
½ pt. Raspberries
8 oz. Président Brie, sliced ¼” thick
   

METHOD

  1. Brush one side of each piece of bread with melted butter. On a grill or grill pan, grill the bread on buttered side only for 30 seconds, rotate 45 degrees, and grill for 30 more seconds, making a diamond pattern.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of hazelnut spread on the uncooked side of 4 pieces of bread.

  3. Sprinkle hazelnuts and raspberries on 4 slices of bread.

  4. Layer Brie on each sandwich, top with remaining bread. Slice, stack, and serve.
