INGREDIENTS
| 8 slices | Sourdough bread, ½” slices |
| 4 tbsp. | Butter, melted |
| 4 tbsp. | Chocolate hazelnut spread |
| 4 tbsp. | Hazelnuts, toasted & chopped |
| ½ pt. | Raspberries |
| 8 oz. | Président Brie, sliced ¼” thick |
METHOD

Brush one side of each piece of bread with melted butter. On a grill or grill pan, grill the bread on buttered side only for 30 seconds, rotate 45 degrees, and grill for 30 more seconds, making a diamond pattern.

Spread 1 tablespoon of hazelnut spread on the uncooked side of 4 pieces of bread.

Sprinkle hazelnuts and raspberries on 4 slices of bread.

Layer Brie on each sandwich, top with remaining bread. Slice, stack, and serve.
