The Galbani Professionale™ truck took a spin through the streets of Chicago during an unforgettable summer event on June 11-15. Our team hit the road in an eye-catching glass truck, inviting some of the best pizza operators in the area to “Take Galbani Cheese for a Spin!” The event included performances by our Galbani Pro Pizza Spinners—members of the U.S. Pizza Team Acrobats—featuring 2016 World Champion Jamie Culliton. Operators took part in photo opportunities, cheese cuttings, and they had a chance to “throw the dough” to show off their own spinning skills. The Galbani Truck even made a stop at the U.S. Pizza Team Midwest Culinary and Acrobatics Trials on June 13 at Panino’s Pizzeria in Evanston.
